OH.. NOT AGAIN MR PRESIDENT!

I recall when the President’s daughter was married to Simba Chikore the ‘pilot’ there was a lot of controversy around the issue of whether indeed he was a pilot with a lot of issues on his resume allegedly not adding up. Fast forward a few years later and after giving the emperor his first grandson and VOALA the young man is appointed as Air Zimbabwe’s Chief Operations Officer.

I have nothing personal against the young man but everything against the dubious appointment to the long abused only national airline in the country as it smacks of serious nepotism on the part of his father in law Mugabe, who has turned the country’s economy upside down by treating it as his personal business and appointing his relatives and cronies to key cabinet portfolios and top parastatal positions which they deserve not.

Who is to blame for the old man’s total disregard for good governance principles and corporate ethics? Indeed the hangers-on surrounding him have played their part in cheering and ululating at his senile bravado and imagined invincibility, he sure has done very well in regards to selecting the cast for his little play. Recently they all gathered at the airport to “thank him” only God knows what is there to thank for, as he has destroyed everything that was anything in Zimbabwe and reduced us from the breadbasket of Africa to a basket case.

He chose to appoint lameduck advisors to feed his penchant for making uncontested decisions and he certainly has now gone into overdrive, I single handedly blame him for turning Zimbabwe into what it is now. He is loyal only to himself and to power. His penchant for travelling is unmatched and now with his only son in law at the helm of Air Zimbabwe he can and will have more privacy in as far as the operations of what is fast turning out to be Gushungo Airways Pvt Ltd is concerned.

A day is coming Mr President when all shall be made to account, all including yourself and your cronies. It might not be today or tomorrow but it shall come, when our many young graduates can realistically dream  and strive to be COO’s of any parastatal without having to be your son in law, when young politicians and technocrats can become cabinet ministers based on merit and not because they are your cronies. When Zimbabwe becomes a functional economy again as opposed to being a nation of brutalised vending graduates. Just like the Smith system was defeated, your system shall be defeated too, only this time by the barrel of a pen and through elections. A new Zimbabwe with new equal opportunities for all is coming whether or not you want it to, yes you can delay it but no you can never stop it. Reform now Mr President or face the end which every dictator before you has faced. A little advice from a little man who has  chosen not to bootlick..

WHY OPENING UP SPACE FOR YOUTH PARTICIPATION IS CRITICAL FOR THE ECONOMIC & POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT OF AFRICA

The continent of Africa has the youngest population in the world with with about 200 million (just over 40% of its population) aged between 15 and 24. This is a staggering statistic which can be highly beneficial as it has the capacity to boost the economies of African countries as there is a large pool of young and energetic human resource that can be tapped into to spur industrial growth but can also pose serious challenges and risks that are detrimental to the same if policy makers fail to harness and draw benefit from this large resource, which when left idle and unattended can become a ticking time bomb to the very same economies.
Generally the growth of economies on the continent has been lagging way behind the growth of the youth population and this presents governments with the problem of an unemployed young generation running into millions whose energy levels are at its peak. Most countries on the continent have also not invested much into research programmes to monitor these trends and have largely ignored these statistics and are now paying the price.
YOUTH FRUSTRATIONS & RADICALISM
Young people are heavily frustrated as they try to live with hope in a society created by previous generations that have largely remained in control. This means they still have to deal with the ills that come with high unemployment levels, lack of access to quality social services and a poor quality much older leadership that barely understands their hopes and aspirations, leaving them susceptible to vices like drug and alchohol abuse, prostitution and violent crime.
The three vices mentioned above coupled with the frustrations that come with idleness have created a very radical age group which explains why most conflicts on the continent are being being fronted by very young armies and social activism movements are largely young in their outlook. That there can easily be conflict and instability across Africa in the future as young people demand space and participation in economic and political decision making is not a far fetched assertion as they have become a very restless population burdened with economic and social ills authored by the older generation. Rebellion against governance systems is seen as the only feasible option.
It is in the interests of African governments to deliberately create youth centric policies aimed at increasing youth participation in the shaping of the future which in any case belongs to the young people as most of the old guard will not be there for long to see through to their logical conclusion the policies they will have initiated . Increased youth participation has enormous benefits as not only does it bring ‘switched on’ young minds with very high energy levels to the table thereby increasing productivity and innovation but it also averts possible future conflict because if this space is not deliberately created by those in power the same young energetic and innovative minds will be expended on fighting and dismantling the barriers to their participation which will inadverntly halt development if not ourightly cause serious economic recession across the continent.
Political leaders have generally viewed young people as docile beings and have neglected to capitalise on the ‘learning phase’ of young people to harness their energy and prepare them for intergration and full participation in national issues; leaving them to the mercy of ungoverned research spurred on by social media movements which offer the young what most governance systems have failed to offer which is direct participation and a platform to lead and expend their high energy levels. This has increased the gap between the old and the young leaving the latter generally misunderstood and political leaders need to move with haste to absorb these new power brokers and create room for leadership renewal or risk being overthrown by the same.
ZIMBABWE SITUATION
With a 92 year old President who has been in power way longer than most young Zimbabweans have been in existence and two equally old Vice Presidents with the youngest being 70 years old, the government of Zimbabwe is an archaic institution that could best be described as an old peoples home. Even worse is the fact that the ruling party is fronting Robert Mugabe as its candidate for the watershed 2018 elections, he will be 94 by then and if he wins he will finish the term at 99 years old, one year shy of a century, which is four times the age group under discussion.
How a country with a Presidium with an average age of 79.3 is supposed to inspire hope of a brighter future for the young generation remains a mystery. Instead of inspiring hope it dashes all the hopes of the young people who are fast looking at options to liberate themselves and have a direct control of their future, as the old guard has perenially failed in those regards.
Cult politics has destroyed the nation as the ruling party has failed to accept or even look into a future without their current leader and this may take the movement into the grave with its leader as there has never been a clear policy of deliberate leadership grooming and/or renewal and hence there will be no continuity. Sadly the same phenomenon is slowly but surely spreading its tentacles into the opposition political movements leaving the young people (who make the bulk of the voting and productive population) disillusioned and disgruntled as the movements have largely ignored the absorbtion of young people in their decision making bodies choosing instead to use them as pawns in furthering selfish political agendas which benefit a few at the expense of the young.
WAY FORWARD FOR ZIMBABWE OPPOSITION
A transition from the old guard, (bulk of whom are a liberation struggle based generation), to a young governance system reflective of the majority age group of the nation of 15-40 no doubt cannot be allowed to be an abrupt and spontaneous one as it will pose more ills than benefits for a country whose situation is already dire. An abrupt switch can bring with it conflict that might cause unnecessary loss of lives and serious damage to infrastructure thereby leaving whoever is to take on leadership with the daunting task of first reconstructing the ruins then pushing the agenda of development.
It is my opinion that such a transition should be led by an individual with a full appreciation of the liberation struggle and shares a mutual respect with the security sector which remains the single largest threat to political leadership renewal because of suspicions that a leader without institutional memory of the struggle might not treat them ‘fairly’. This leader though will have to be willing to surround themselves with a very young and innovative team that will inspire prospects of a bright future for Zimbabwe’s young population. The same leader should also be a reformist willing to overhaul and depoliticise the security sector as well as dismantle the systems of governance currently being employed as they have largely maintained the repressive colonial traits and are open to abuse and manipulation by those wanting to crush dissent and put in place a truly democratic system which observes the rule of law, embraces constitutionalism and does not infringe the human and social rights of the citizens.
That young people are the future and have the solutions to the ills bedevilling our nation politically, economically and socially is not debatable and it is of paramount importance for political movements to deliberately allow young people to participate more. An old english proverb ‘Set a thief to catch a thief’ remains largely true to the political participation of youth as only the young can catch the young. A new Zimbabwe is possible but young people must be allowed to play the major role in the birth of this new dispensation with equal opportunities for all.

WHERE IS THE INDEPENDENCE?

Its been 36 long years after the war of liberation and attainment of independence from the white colonial system yet the citizens still find no reason to celebrate. The hopes and aspirations of the masses have been all but crushed and the train of the revolution and emancipation of the majority has been hijacked by a few selfish elitists. The masses have been shortchanged by a greedy few and the question on the minds of the citizens is; WHERE IS THE INDEPENDENCE?
To do justice to this question I need to take a brief look back into the colonial era and look at what inspired the liberation war and the founding principles thereof. The liberation war was not about simply fighting against the white man as we are made to believe by the ruling Zanu PF party but it was against fighting a system of supremacism i.e the view that a particular age, race , species, ethnicity, religion, gender, social class, ideology, nation, or culture is superior to other variations of that trait, and advocates those who identify with it to dominate, control, and subjugate those who do not.
Because of the severity of the subjugation and denial of basic rights and freedoms of the masses by the minority whites; young men and women left the country and joined liberation movements to be trained in combat with the view of fighting against this entrenched system of minority rule to bring about majority rule. This was a great sacrifice, very costly one too as the system was heavily armed

and well financed as compared to the black fighters who not only were inexperienced but also not well equipped. Their greatest weapon was that they were very determined and they were fighting for a just cause.
Battles were fought and the cause of the poor prevailed. Elections came and the era of black ‘majority’ rule commenced amid much pomp and funfare; I will not delve much into that. How then and where did we go wrong? We emerged victorious out of the brutal warfare , what we had been fighting for had been handed over to us .How then do we find ourselves where we are today?
My opinion is not informed much by history as most of this transpired way before I was born and I am very careful not to delve much into the various accounts of what transpired as most of the records are distorted to suit the agenda of the author. From a “bornfree’s” perspective I feel that the error that was made by the new government was to do very little to reform the system, we replaced the players but maintained the rules and this left us at the mercy of the goodness of the hearts of the new rulers. In as long as the fire of the liberation was burning in them they would be good but we all know that was not to be the case.
One historian Lord Acton, expressed this opinion in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887:

“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men.” Oh how great Robert Mugabe was in 1980, hero of the black people not only in Zimbabwe but in Africa, respected by most internationally and hated only but by a few. I recall when we were young and would all rush and crowd around our 14″ black and white tv just to see and hear him speak. Songs were composed in his honour and the masses were awed by his wisdom and eloquence of speech. Fast forward to today the old and frail President is but a pale shadow of his former self, slurred speech, memory losses sense of entitlement to rule forever and total disconnection with the masses. He is, sad to say, at a stage where he is absolutely corrupted by power.
Its the system stupid! Our black leaders blundered…. in all the excitement of our new found freedoms we only managed to change the colour of the oppressor but left the system of repression firmly intact and it was only when the power of the emperor was threatened that we realised our mistake but alas it was already too late. The minority white rulers, as we have come to realise today, have been replaced by a minority black dictatorship equally if not more repressive than the former. The ideals and founding principles of the struggle have all but been discarded and the revolutionary train has been hijacked by pseudo nationalists and pretenders to the throne.
Patriotism has been redefined to indoctrinate and control gullible youths who are now more loyal to personalities than to a cause and/or principles. Liberation War fighters have been largely discarded for questioning why the founding principles of the liberation have been abandoned and why only a few are living in luxury at the expense of the suffering masses. The middle class has vanished and we are left with a minority black elite and the majority subjugated and impoverished masses just like in the colonial era. Repressive laws have become the order of the day and basic rights and freedoms have become very elusive.
Like the colonial regime, the black dictatorship is seemingly invincible, armed to the teeth and well resourced to crush any dissent from the masses. But unlike their white predecessors, they have totally failed to manage the economy. Graduates have been reduced to vendors, the quality of healthcare and social service delivery has seriously deteriorated. Unemployment rate stands at above 80% and the regime is clueless as to how to arrest the economic decline. We have no currency of our own and the impending introduction of bond notes hedged against a dubious external facility is likely to see our economic fortunes declining to levels lower than the 2008 era.
We the young people who have no institutional memory of the white repressive system as we were born long after it was dismantled only to see the black face of repression are bewildered and frustrated. We have tried all we can, gotten a good education and attained degrees but sadly have not been absorbed by the job market which is dwindling every single day. There are a few that are lucky enough get opportunities in faraway lands where they are ridiculed daily but at least are able to send a few dollars to relatives back home.
Some of us have chosen to stay, because the system is never going to dismantle itself but will have to be dismantled and someone has to stay behind and do just that. History is rewinding itself, and just like the young people then, stood up and said enough is enough and took a deliberate decision to fight the repressive system, we too the young people of today have taken that deliberate decision to fight for our space and our freedoms. We bear in mind though that it shall take great sacrifice, some shall be arrested as we already have been several times, some shall be maimed as already has been the case, some abducted and so on. We also bear in mind that a coward can never leave a legacy and instead of cowering and waiting for death to come we will march and press on and demand answers and demand our freedoms until the system relents and true independence is attained.
When freedom is attained we will not make the same mistakes that were made before, all repressive laws MUST and WILL be repealed! Corruption, nepotism and cronyism should have no place in a new Zimbabwe! Police brutality, state security and military instigated intimidation will NOT be tolerated!
The battle is squarely favouring us just like it favoured them then. We the poor and repressed are the majority. The young people constitute 65% of the voting population. Arise young Zimbabweans to the clarion call, this battle requires your full participation. 65% can never be defeated, they have the resources but we have the power in our hands, arise and register to vote and whatever you do, do not vote for repression but instead vote for freedom. Do not vote for corruption but instead vote for transparency and public accountablity. Do not vote for violence and intimidation but instead vote for peace, love and unity. Do not vote for dictatorship but instead vote for democracy. Whatever you do, do not vote for the oppressor. Your single vote is what is needed to bring freedom and true independence not only to ourselves but to all Zimbabweans and future generations to come. Stand up and be counted. Register to vote, do it now!
They will offer you stands, take them if you can, after all you are entitled to land, they will offer you loans, its your right to participate and benefit from national programmes. But in all this never be hoodwinked into thinking that you owe them your vote. You have a right to choose a government of your choice and by now you all know who the real enemy of progress is. You have asked countless times; WHERE IS THE INDEPENDENCE? And my humble answer to you is; THE INDEPENDENCE IS IN YOUR HANDS!
You owe your vote to a better Zimbabwe, we will vote in our droves such that even if they choose to rig we shall not be defeated. Behold a new Zimbabwe beacons, it needs you, it needs me, it needs all of us together and TOGETHER, YES WE CAN!

PROF MOYO…. DONT JUSTIFY, JUST RESIGN!

So the master of spin in Zanu PF Minister Jonathan Moyo has been caught with his hands in the public funds till, this being the first time he has been caught red handed locally. This has come as a blow to the G 40 faction within Zanu PF and team Lacoste are gloating at the big catch they have just made, but I will not dwell much into the factionalism and bloodletting currently ensuing in the ruling party. Instead I will focus on matters of principle, accountability, transparency and honour.
First I would like to give a layman’s overview into what or who a Minister is, the term Minister is derived from a Latin word meaning ‘servant’. When an individual becomes elected/nominated/appointed to be a Cabinet Minister he ceases, when carrying out his official duties, to be a political party functionary as he now serves all the citizens regardless of their political affiliations, race, tribe, gender, age, colour or creed. His/her service is not limited to serving those that support him or voted for him or share the same beliefs with him but should be to all and sundry within the confines of the duties and roles assigned to the ministry he/she heads.
In my opinion a public official is supposed to possess or embrace (if not already inherent in him/her) three fundamental characteristics, the ability to consult, the ability to account and the ability to transparently transact. Accepting public office unfortunately comes with the ceding of most privacy rights as one’s life becomes liable to public scrutiny and because of that fact public office requires humility as opposed to pomposity on the part of the bearer.
Now to dwell onto the facts of the matter, it is a fact that hundreds of thousands of the scarce United States dollars were transferred from the ZIMDEF account to various accounts for the purposes of funding Zanu PF activities and a Tsholotsho constituency initiative. Where it was transfered to and what it was used for is a matter of public record and I will not get into that. It is also a fact that ZIMDEF is not an extention of Zanu PF but falls under the ministry of Higher Education and is for financing the development of critical and highly skilled manpower in Zimbabwe. It is a fact that not all Zimbabweans are Zanu PF and that financing party activities does not in any way ‘develop critical and highly skilled manpower’.
Minister Moyo grossly abused office when he let all this happen under his watch. There is no justification for abusing public funds and it is mischievous to play the tribal card or cite cases of others who are doing the same as a reason for your actions to be left alone. By so doing he failed the public accountability test as he chose to justify as opposed to simply owning up to his misdeeds. He displayed immaturity, pomposity and lack of honor when he took to his twitter handle to spew vitriol against his enemies and ‘plotters’ both real and percieved, in a desperate attempt to defend himself in the court of public opinion when he could have just surrendered himself to law enforcement officials and/or used real courts to defend himself against the accusations at hand.
He wrote an interesting piece back in April 2014 on how political affiliation should not be an excuse for corruption and I will post excerpts of the article in the hope that if he cannot be bound by the words of another, at least his own words will mean something to him and he will be bound by them.

“You want us to keep quiet under the pretext that

what you did that is unlawful was for your party

and that if it comes out — just because you

belong to that political party — you will go down

with the political party. That is a primitive understanding of things. It is

you and you alone, carry your cross. It has

nothing to do with the party,” “….You were stealing

alone….”

“If we keep quiet about it and then the public

discovers outside the media, they will say this guy

was stealing for the party. They will say this party

is corrupt and all they are talking about is some

guy.”
“….the question is did you

take the money and were you entitled to it? If the

answer is that yes, you took the money and you

were not entitled to it, should we stop publishing

the story because of your political identity?”
Having said this once yourself Prof, I think whilst we wait on the law, it would be good for you to do the noble thing and set a good example as the good man that you are and STOP JUSTIFYING, BUT JUST RESIGN! In the meantime expose those in your party doing the same as Zimbabwe really needs cleansing from corruption and you can play your part as that is the least you can do for the suffering citizens.A little advice from a little man who has chosen not to bootlick…

VP MPHOKO, WE ARE NOT FOOLS AND ZIMBABWE IS NOT ‘THE ANIMAL FARM’

So Zimbabwe’s VP Pelekezela Mphoko finally decides to open his mouth and comment on the Prof Moyo, ZIMDEF, ZACC fiasco. We all know what happens when he does open his mouth, and Zanu PF would be better off giving him a gag order.
Before looking into his current utterances, it would be important to look at his conduct in the past in seemingly related issues. This is the same man that saw nothing wrong with staying in a hotel for 613 days at a total cost of just over Usd 600 000-00 (taxpayers money) because he was failing to find a suitable house in the capital. It is he again who barged into Avondale Police station seeking the release of “his boys” obstructing the course of justice and undermining the authority of the arresting officers who have the constitutional mandate to arrest in criminal cases as long as they are satisfied with their investigations. ‘His boys’ were two senior Zinara officials who had been arrested for criminal abuse of office and fraud involving over a million dollars. Their arrest was pending a court appearance the next morning and their release then caused them not to attend court.
It is not surprising then that the current acting President has sprung to the defence of Education Minister Prof Jonathan Moyo (I assume that he is “his boy” too), charging that the attempted arrest was “malicious”. He further stated that an appointee of the President could not be arrested without the consent of the President, “even police or whoever is required to get clearance from the President to do so. The President is the only person who can sanction such an arrest as the appointing authority,”…. like seriously Mr VP! And all this time I thought only the President enjoys immunity, with all other citizens being equal before the law. With the so many appointments His Excellency makes there are so many untouchables in government if we are to go by Mphoko’s utterances.
Sadly he does not end there.. “What happened is undermining the President.” As he believes noone should disturb the President when he is adressing the Zanu PF Politburo (which by the way is not official state business) “This is like a mutiny in a country.” Oh please Mr Mphoko, how does seeking the arrest of a public official for fraud involving hundreds of thousands of ZIMDEF funds amount to a mutiny???? Then he goes on to blunder and reveals what the ZIMDEF money was used for… “His (Prof Moyo) only crime is that he supports the President and those who want to have him arrested are people who do not support the President because the one million man march is a Zanu-PF initiative and the 21st February Movement is a legacy of the President. So why do you arrest such a person?” Such a person my dear VP must be arrested because ZIMDEF funds are not for sponsoring Zanu PF activities but for financing the development of critical and highly skilled manpower in Zimbabwe. And the bootlickers club Million man march or emperor’s birthday celebrations are private functions which certainly do not fit into that category.
These utterances and mindless defence are rather wreckless coming from such a high office bearer in the name of the Vice President of the Republic of Zimbabwe. His remarks smack of total disregard for the rule of law especially as they expose double standards on his part, he found no problem with equating environmental criminals to rapists.. maybe because none of “his boys” engage in that type of crime and also charging that, “We will look at our own ways of solving such problems…we have security forces. We cannot keep snakes growing in our backyards,” apparently poor Zimbabwean citizens who had been exercising their constitutional right to demonstrate against SI64 which banned imports were the “snakes” being referred to, I am sure none of “his boys” are poor enough to be affected by that statutory instrument and so he had no need to defend the protesters.
My advice to you Mr VP is enjoy the benevolance of your appointer HE, in silence. Every time you open your mouth you add salt to the injuries of the already heavily burdened and distressed citizens and expose how like in the Animal Farm scenario ‘all citizens are equal but some are more equal than others’ and how the law is selectively applied in Zimbabwe. And kindly advice him to just disband ZACC as it seems none of its investigations end in arrests as all of you are untouchables, we could save a bit of money in the process for your boys to loot.
This type of conduct by public officials shall not be acceptable in a new Zimbabwe which will have no space for leaders of your calibre and this Zimbabwe, with equal opportunities for all, will come whether or not you like it. Zimbabwe is for all Zimbabweans and a day shall come when all shall be made to account. For now, enjoy what you have while it lasts for noone knows when it will all crumble.. DEAR MR PRESIDENT… EITHER ACT OR JUST SHUT UP SIR

I wonder if my last letter got to your desk sir, I am very sure though that your cronies did see it and the threatening calls to my mobile and a little midnight visit to my unguarded place of residence are testimony to that, nonetheless I hope you will recieve this one.

So I woke up one day to read that you Mr President had publicly cautioned one of your most ardent bootlickers and beneficiaries of your patronage system.. none other than the self proclaimed “biggest political thug” Saviour ‘Tyson’ Kasukuwere who also heads the Local Government Ministry and the Commisariat dept at the infamous Shake Shake building. “Interesting..” I muttered to myself, “Finally the emporor has decided to act on corruption!” But alas no, it was just grandstanding as usual from our dear old leader who rewards loyalty to the throne more than character, principledness, transparency and public accountability.

The issue that had provoked the your ire was an alleged land scam involving your trusted minister and a local man of the cloth. Apparently the former had sold land that was meant for the ‘one million marchers’ that had displayed their loyalty to the throne a few months earlier. Social media was awash with optimistic citizens airing their views and hoping that at last we were going to see a long overdue high profile arrest or at the very least a resignation of the (dis)honorable Minister. It is then that I realised that the citizens you rule over do not understand you one bit, sir. I did mention a few days ago that you are loyal only to power and to yourself.. what I forgot to mention is that you are also a very faithful man, faithful to those that support your bid to be life President of our beleagured nation. So faithful are you that those that dance to the tune your flute plays have become untouchables who are able to do whatever, whenever and wherever without worrying about the rules and regulations which some of us are burdened with daily.

What I fail to understand Mr President is why you were angered by the actions of your Minister. You will recall how the Ministry of Youth (dis)Empowerment had so many scandals pertaining to the Youth Funds that were administered by CABS and Stanbic which were largely looted and unaccounted for, the scandals with the Diamond Companies’ Community Share Ownership Trust funds and the hefty payments made to Brainworks purpotedly for ‘consultation’ on the largely failed Indigenisation Policy implementation. Did you somehow expect a miraculous transformation of your appointee when you promoted him from that Youth (dis)Empowerment Ministry to become custodian of the very scarce urban housing development land? You are a very smart man sir and naive would be the worst word to use to describe you… you knew fully well when you promoted the young minister what kind of a person he was so please spare us the drama, give him a pat on the back and leave us alone.

Now we hear that your spindoctor, our dear Prof, who defends you with every word in the dictionary, has been evading the long arm of the law, which suddenly becomes short and loses grip in the fingers when it comes to your ‘loyal sons’.. infact not only did he evade but rumour has it that he was aided first by one of your VP’s whose penchant for hotel life is legendary and oh.. at one politburo meeting it is said you also ‘aided’ the Prof in evading ZACC officials.. am not sure what the constitution says and if a President can be an ‘obstruction to justice’ but all I can say is all this is adding more dead weight to your already tattered reputation and public image.

We are getting tired of your accountability ‘talkshows’ and rantings on how bad corruption is and how it should be fought and bla bla bla and my advise Mr President is either act on it or just shut up! Worse of all in both instances those that have been disenfranchised are the young people,
*funds that were looted from CABS; YOUTH FUNDS..
*land that was shared amongst the elite; YOUTH LAND..
*ZIMDEF funds misappropriated; STUDENTS FUNDS..
And I being a young disenfranchised person myself whose loyalty, unlike yours is to the Truth, Transparency and Public Accountability will not be silent but speak against these ills until anyone who is someone cares to listen and act. A little advise from a little man who has chosen not to bootlick..
